JSW Steel participated in the employee engagement survey conducted by Great Place to Work® in December 2020- January 2021. The survey was administered to 2400 employees identified by GPTW as the random sample participants. 95% of respondents submitted their feedback anonymously to the Great Places To Work Institute. Survey participants had to respond to 67 statements, which are aligned to Trust Index Score. JSW Steel was assessed on two parameters - 5 dimensions to assess Trust in the organization and People Practices on 9 areas of the employee life cycle.
