About the JSW Eklavya Skill Academy
A growing India needs skilled Indians to strengthen its foundations of the future. JSW Eklavya is a segment-first initiative under which we aim to train and upskill our Fabricator, Mason and Contractor partners on various skills like Fabrication, Bar bending, Welding, HSSE, Tools & Tackles, Product and Brand Knowledge, etc. The training can be availed both face-to-face and on our advanced e-learning platform – the JSW Privilege Club App.

Face-to-Face Training
Under the face to face training skill upliftment of the influencer community is done by training them under a single day residential, theoretical and practical training program on relevant subject matter. The mentioned activity will not only make the influencers skilled under a standardized process but will also ensure a long-term relationship with the community & increase the brand advocacy. The influencers are trained for a day on various theoretical aspects and practical workshops which is followed by handing over of a JSW Steel Certificate. In order to compensate for the loss of wage for a day, money is transferred to their UPI/Bank accounts at the end of training. For better understanding, the content was developed and delivered in Regional Languages. We have successfully trained 8000+ influencers till 2021.

E-learning via JSW Eklavya Digital Academy
Anyone can avail all training modules through the JSW Privilege Club under JSW Eklavya Digital Academy e-learning platform. As part of the e-learning experience, influencers will get :
