Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality

At JSW, stakeholder engagement is a strategic partnership. We actively collaborate with employees, customers, communities, NGOs, government bodies, institutions, investors, and suppliers to shape our sustainability journey through open dialogue and shared values.

To guide our sustainability strategy, we conducted a double materiality assessment aligned with global standards (GRI, SASB, IFRS). This process identified 18 high-priority topics, reflecting key environmental, social, and economic concerns. The materiality matrix has been reviewed and approved by our Board.
