A growing nation needs skilled people to build the foundation of the future. JSW Eklavya Skill Academy is a pioneering initiative by JSW Steel that focuses on training and upskilling Fabricators, Masons, and Contractor partners across India.

Through face-to-face sessions, the program enhances capabilities in areas such as fabrication, bar bending, welding, HSSE, tools & tackles, product knowledge, and brand awareness. The influencers are trained for a day on various theoretical aspects and practical workshops which is followed by handing over of a JSW Steel Certificate. We create regional content for better understanding. So far, we have successfully trained 40000+ influencers till 2024.

We want to alleviate the prestige and the prospects associated with industrial jobs like a fabricator’s by providing a unique opportunity to one and all to upskill themselves with practical face-to-face training and industry-accredited e-learning modules.

Not only that, we also provide recognition through JSW certification to propel the careers of thousands and make them essential contributors in India’s growth story.
