  • Comprehensive quality control process to ensure defect-free grinding media
  • Chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing of input hot rolled bars
  • Ball-on-anvil testing as per IS 12658:2018 with 18,000 test cycles and 10-meter drop height
  • Additional ball-on-ball drop testing for SAG Grinding Balls
  • Immersion Ultrasonic Testing (UST) and Automatic UST for internal defect detection
  • Electron microscope and microscopic structure analysis to verify Tempered Martensite structure
  • Surface and volumetric hardness testing to ensure consistent wear resistance and performance

JSW Grinding Media products are packaged securely for safe handling, storage, and transportation across various industrial requirements.

JSW Grinding Medias are available in 1 or 2-ton High-Density Polyethylene bags with secure lifting straps and wooden pallets.

BULK
BULK

Loose ball supply is available in half-height containers, standard 20ft containers, or through open-top trucks.

DRUMS
DRUMS

Grinding Medias are packed in 200 litre metal drums on pallets, each containing approximately 1 ton gross weight balls.
