The Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee comprises of 4 Members. The Members of the committee are:  Mr. Dev Bajpai. (Chairperson), Ms. Fiona Paulus, Mr. Gajraj Singh Rathore and Mr. Arun Maheshwari

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee’s constitution and terms of reference are in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 20 and Part D of Schedule VI of the SEBI (LODR Regulations).

Mr. Manoj Prasad Singh, Company Secretary (in the interim capacity) is the Compliance Officer for complying with the requirements of SEBI Regulations and the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges in India.

Mr. Dev Bajpai (60 years) has been working in the corporate sector for over three decades with extensive experience in Automobile & auto components, FMCG, Hospitality & Private Equity industries.

Ms. Fiona Jane Mary Paulus

Fiona Paulus has 45 years of investment banking experience. She held senior roles at leading investment banks. These include the Head of Private Equity & Infrastructure Funds at Royal Bank of Scotland; Global Head of Energy & Resources at ABN AMRO Bank; Head of International Investment Banking at CIBC; and senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Societe Generale, JP Morgan, & Citigroup, in the UK, USA, EMEA, Australia and Latin America.

Fiona is a Senior Advisor at Gleacher Shacklock LLP, a leading, UK based, M&A boutique. In addition, she is a Non-Executive Director of JSW Steel Ltd, the largest and fastest growing steel company in India with a market cap of $25bn; Metlen Energy & Metals, a FTSE 100 company, with a market cap of £6.5 bn, operating in the global industrial and energy sectors; Nostrum Oil & Gas plc, UK listed, and operating in Kazahkstan; and ACG Metals Ltd, the first UK listed, special purpose, acquisition company, building a global portfolio in battery metals businesses, with operations in Turkey. Having served the statutory term of 6 years, Fiona recently resigned from the board of the Interpipe Group, a private industrial group incorporated in Cyprus. Its steel operations in Ukraine serve the worldwide energy and infrastructure sectors.

Mr. Gajraj Singh Rathore is the Chief Operating Officer for JSW Steel. He brings with him over 35 years of steel industry experience with expertise on large scale transformation & digitalization. He has been associated with JSW Steel for about 27 years and has championed multiple strategic priorities such as leading the Steel making and Mills at the Vijayanagar plant as Executive Vice President, Operations and successfully overseeing the expansion and capacity utilization of the Dolvi plant as its President.

Mr. Gajraj Singh is also Director on the Boards of Chandranitya Developers Limited, JSW AP Steel Limited and JSW JFE Electrical Steel Private Limited.

Mr. Arun Sitaram Maheshwari has been an integral part of the JSW Group leadership team for over 28 years, contributing significantly to the Group's growth. As JSW Steel embarks in its next phase of growth, Arun's extensive experience in Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and M&A will further reinforce the company's sustained growth and success.

During his illustrious tenure, Arun has been instrumental in sourcing key raw materials for the Steel and Power businesses, shaping corporate strategy, and expanding JSW's international market presence. His innovative and entrepreneurial approach has helped transform the Group’s steel, commodities, and infrastructure segments. In his five-year stint as Joint Managing Director & CEO of JSW Infrastructure, Mr. Maheshwari has played a pivotal role in transforming JSW Infrastructure from a captive port service company to a multi-dimensional infrastructure company. Under his leadership, the company grew into the second largest private commercial port company with a capacity of 170 MTPA. He also steered the successful listing of the company on the BSE and NSE in October 2023.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's in Business Administration.

Mr. Arun Sitaram Maheshwari is also Director on the Boards of JSW Infrastructure Limited and JSW Steel Coated Limited.
