Measuring Our Success

Social Sustainability

At JSW Steel, social sustainability is about creating lasting impact, not just philanthropy. Through the JSW Foundation, we design solutions that uplift communities, strengthen capabilities, and build resilience. Guided by our Group’s ‘Better Everyday’ philosophy, we measure success by the positive change we bring. Our initiatives focus on education, skill development, livelihoods, and social equity, driving rural development near our plant and port locations and contributing meaningfully to India’s inclusive growth.
